A Few Self-love Essential Oil Blends

Aromatherapy is a wonderful way to create a peaceful environment while working on one’s self-love. Scents can help encourage the mind to think differently, to relax, and to start fresh. If you use certain fragrances while practicing your daily mindful route, your body becomes accustomed to reacting in a mindful way when you smell that scent again, reminding our mind, body, and soul to come back to that mindful wish.

Blends of oils can be formulated to produce a scent that helps start the feed-back loop processes in the body’s Endocrine system, helping to rebalance the levels of hormones we have floating around within our bodies. Think about it, any one smell can make you hungry, turn your stomach, and even turn us on. Utilizing this thought while defusing oil blends in your home, office or car can encourage any emotion within that space you are looking for. You can use scents to draw strength, to get through the day, or to attract a mate to save your day.

Wearing oil blends reacts with our pheromones making a personalized scent. Our bodies absorb the constituents (i.e., plant hormones) from the essential oils helping our bodies create that feed-back loop more efficiently. There is an entire world of personal diffuser jewelry out there made just for this purpose. Some suggest ingesting essential oils to improve one’s health, I DO NOT. Essential oils should NOT be ingested. Worn as a spay or oil roller perfume, added to lotions and soaps is my suggested way to use essential oils on the body.

Essential oils should never be placed directly on the skin, diluting the oils in unscented lotions, body washes, hair products and carrier oils are all really fun ways to add aromatherapy to your life; and you never know it might spice up your wife.
