Getting to Know Yourself Again June 2021 Recap

After a long year of #socialdistancing and pandemic worries, the world is rushing into rebuild mode. They want us out there getting back to everyday life, even after so much hurt and isolation has happened. This can cause a lot of anxiety in people with mental health concerns and even in those who don’t have a history of mental health imbalances. Everything takes time when it comes to mending trauma it starts when one takes the first steps towards healing.

With all of my studies throughout the years I’ve found the best way to start fresh is from within. Once we mend ourselves, we can then help others mend also.

As we grow, our interests, desires, and needs change. Being in quarantine and on devices for so long, we’ve changed faster then normal. There is nothing wrong with that. Changing and learning is a part of growth.

Many of the world’s countries, leaders, constituents, and children have had major changes happening in there lives throughout the last 4 years, especially in 2020, and 2021 doesn’t seem to be much different.

We all wanna get out there, we all want to start over, we all want something new. We shouldn’t rush it though.

Inorder to not repeat to create our best future, we must remember what came before the now and make different decisions in the present, that will keep us from repeating in the same patterns that didn’t workout for our best benefit.

Before rushing in to anything new, jobs, contracts, business, and/or relationships you should heal within first. That way can we can all have a happy and healthy 2022.

Research suggestes that a family that heals together stays together, so why wouldn’t a country that heals together bounce back with a stronger foundation?! This would inturn build a more peaceful world for our children to grow up in. Creating a happier planet for us humans to live.

There is a popular saying ‘think locally, act globally’ this mindset is best for the environment. If we consider ourselves ‘local’ we will become one with ourselves, inturn healing and creating peaceful relationships outward which will spread healing across the globe.
